1⃣ سقف معافیت مالیاتی از 500 میلیارد تومان به 750 میلیارد تومان رسید که باعث میشود این مصوبه تعداد کمتری شرکت را درگیر کند, عملا چتر معافیت مالیاتی گسترده تر میشود. سقف معافیت برای اشخاص حقیقی هم به 75 میلیارد تومان افزایش یافت.
2⃣ معافیت های مالیاتی زمان دار, همچنان مشمول این ماده می مانند.
